Apply as a vendor at the Asbury Park Spring Bazaar happening Mother's Day Weekend, Saturday & Sunday, May 12th & 13th, noon to 5 pm, in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ! Event is free, all ages, and rain or shine.

The Asbury Park Bazaar is a juried arts and retail event. We are looking for local and regional artists, makers, and artisan vendors who personally make and/or design their own handcrafted, handmade goods that are independently distributed and sold, as well as vendors who sell vintage or handmade fair trade products.

Refer to the vendor application guidelines to make sure you meet the requirements before applying. The deadline to apply is March 5th, 2018. We only accept online applications.

Non-Refundable Application Fee: $10

Vendor Fees: 

$200 Single Space (Per Day): Include 8 x 8 foot of space in a single pop up tent; electric provided; BYO table, chairs, set up, display, LED or battery operated lights, etc.

$100 Shared Space (Per Day): Includes 8 x 4 foot of space in a shared single pop up tent; electric provided; BYO table, chairs, set up, display, LED or battery operated lights, etc.

** All applicants must pay the non-refundable application fee to apply and will be notified of acceptance by March 15th. Upon acceptance, vendors will have from March 15th - 20th to pay the vendor fee. **

Tote Bag Sponsor: Apply to become a vendor sponsor of our tote bag (all sponsors must first be approved and accepted into the event). $50 per vendor (10 spots available). Your logo will be featured on our exclusive Spring Bazaar 2018 tote bags! We will hand out tote bags to the first 50 shoppers through the door on Saturday & Sunday. Each sponsor will also receive 3 tote bags. Note: sponsorship is on a first come, first serve basis and is limited to 10 sponsors total.
