Apply as a vendor to Long Branch Fall Fest happening at Whitechapel Projects on October 26 & 27! Long Branch Bazaar is a juried arts and crafts retail event. We are looking for stand-out local and regional artists, makers, and artisan vendors who personally make and/or design their own handcrafted, handmade goods that are independently distributed and sold, as well as vendors who sell vintage or handmade fair trade products. We also accept vendors that design products that are produced in small quantities in the U.S. All ages, rain or shine.

We only accept online applications. All vendors must:

    Long Branch Fall Fest - October 2019

DATES: Saturday & Sunday, October 26 & 27 | 2-7 PM

LOCATION: Whitechapel Projects (WCP), 15 2nd Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740

EVENT DETAILS: Featuring handcraft & vintage vendors, live music & DJs, surf swap, fall activities for kids, costume contest with prizes, trick or treating, apple cider donuts, craft beers, delicious food at WCP, photo booth and fall-themed selfie stations.

VENDOR SPACES & FEES:

CHAPEL Table Spaces (INDOOR): $150 per vendor. BYO 6 foot table and chairs, and all set up needs. 6 x 3 feet of space total per vendor. Located inside the Chapel of WCP. 20 vendor spots available each day.

YARD Tent Spaces (OUTDOOR). $150 per vendor. BYO waterproof tent - required - (8 x 8 and / or white tent preferred, but 10 x 10 and / or any color fine too), chairs, and set up/display. Located in the back patio of WCP. Note: Rain or Shine. 11 vendor spaces available each day.

** All vendors must provide their own Table, Chairs, Set Up, Display. Any outdoor vendor outdoors must provide their own Waterproof Tent, Table, Chairs, Set Up, Display. No electric provided (lighting is not required). Events are rain are shine (no cancellations allowed)

ABOUT THE SPACES:

The CHAPEL at WCP is a multi-purpose, 2,100-square-foot indoor space with a soaring gabled roof.

Non-refundable Application Fee: $5

All applicants must pay the application fee to apply. The application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance. You will be notified of acceptance via email asap or no later than 1-2 weeks after the application deadline closes. Upon acceptance, all applications must pay the vendor fee within 3 days of notification of acceptance.
