Asbury Park Spring Bazaar - Vendor Payment 2026

This is the vendor payment page for the Asbury Park Spring Bazaar happening Mother’s Day Weekend, May 9th & 10th, in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall.

All vendors MUST receive an official email invitation. Please only select the date and space you were invited for. Please double check before checking out.

VENDOR FEES:

Convention Hall

  • TENT SPACES: $225 per space per day. 26 spaces available per day. Tents are 10x10 ft and shared with two vendors who each have 10x5 ft of space. Electricity and white tents are provided. Heights on the tents vary (around 6 1/2 ft tall). Vendors set up back to back and set up facing outward. BYO table, chairs and all set up needs.

  • TABLE SPACES: $200 per space per day. Only 4 spaces available. Spaces are 6x4 feet. No electric. Table, black tablecloth and chair provided. If you do not need a table please email team@asburyparkbazaar.com

  • Corner spaces are an extra $20 per day per vendor and are hand selected by our creative team. If you are interested in a corner space, email team@asburyparkbazaar.com.

TO CONFIRM YOUR SPACE:

  1. Select the Date/Space (important only choose what you were chosen for in your Invitation Email) in the drop down list and click add to cart. If doing multiple dates add each to cart.

  2. Then click on the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the website. Then click out Check out to complete payment and check out.

  3. Please double check accuracy of your date/space (and only select what you were invited for) before you check out. Please make sure your email address is spelled correctly as well. If done successfully, you will receive an email confirmation that payment was made.
