This is the vendor payment page for the Asbury Park Spring Bazaar happening Mother’s Day Weekend, May 11th & 12th, in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall (Sat & Sun) and Asbury Hotel (Sun)! The event is hosted and curated by Asbury Park Bazaar.

All vendors MUST receive an official email invitation. Please only select the date and space you were invited for.

VENDOR FEES:

Convention Hall

  • TENT - $225 per vendor each day. 9 ft wide x 5 feet deep of space in a shared tent with electric provided and a pop-up white 10 x 10 tent provided (vendors are not able to bring their own tent). BYO table, chairs and all set up and display needs. BYO LED lights and/or battery powered lights (required) - no incandescent lights only LED. 24 spaces available.

  • Corner spaces are an extra $20 per day, we will follow up with vendors after your vendor fee is paid.

Asbury Hotel

  • HALL - $200 per vendor. 6 x 4 feet in the main event space. Non-tented, no electric. 18 spaces available.

  • LOUNGE - $200 per vendor. 6 x 4 feet in the pre-function space by main entranceway. Non-tented, no electric. 10 spaces available.

TO CONFIRM YOUR SPACE:

  1. Select the Location/Space (important only choose what you were chosen for in your Invitation Email) in the drop down list and click add to cart. Then fill out the form and click add to cart.

  2. Then click on the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the website. Then click out Check Out to complete payment and check out.

  3. Please double check accuracy of your date/space (and only select what you were invited for) before you check out. Please make sure your email address is spelled correctly as well. If done successfully, you will receive an email confirmation that payment was made.
