Become a Vendor at the 2nd Annual New Brunswick Winter Wonderland Bazaar!

Are you a maker, artist, designer, collector, or small business owner with unique holiday goods to share? Join us at the second annual New Brunswick Winter Wonderland Holiday Bazaar and showcase your creations in one of the most festive events of the year!

Presented by Asbury Park Bazaar and New Brunswick City Center, this magical evening will transform Monument Square Park into a sparkling holiday marketplace filled with lights, music, and joy.

Where: Monument Square Park, New Brunswick, NJ

Vendor Space & Setup

All vendors will be located under two giant 80-foot by 20-foot heated tent, keeping you cozy and comfortable throughout the evening and protected from rain, wind or snow. Each vendor space includes:

  • 7 ft x 5 ft area (perfect for a 6 ft x 4 ft table or custom setup)

  • Access to lighting within the tent

  • Proximity to the main attractions, including live music, tree lighting, and family activities

Vendor Fees:

Non-Food Vendors
$175 per vendor (due upon acceptance into the event)
$5 vendor application fee
City of New Brunswick Vendor Application Fee: $15 (due upon acceptance into the event)

Pre-packaged Food or Beverage Vendors
$150 per vendor (due upon acceptance into the event)
$5 vendor application fee
City of New Brunswick Vendor Application Fee: $50 (due upon acceptance into the event)

  • Specialty foods, sweets & seasonal treats (pre-packaged only)

Spaces are limited! Submit your vendor application today to be part of the second annual Winter Wonderland Bazaar and help create a magical holiday experience for our community. This is a juried and curated event. Vendor applications are reviewed based on product quality, creativity, originality, and fit with the event’s festive holiday theme. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If selected, you will receive an acceptance email with next steps and payment instructions. Application fees ($5) are not refundable.
