New Brunswick Spring Festival & Bazaar, in partnership with New Brunswick City Center and Asbury Park Bazaar, is bringing a high-energy, 90’s-themed marketplace to downtown—and we want YOU to be part of it. This one-day celebration of spring will feature curated vendors, live music, DJs, food, and interactive experiences, drawing a diverse and engaged crowd ready to shop local.

Event Details
Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026, 3-8:30 pm
Location: New Brunswick City Center (the vendor market will be located on George Street between Church and Paterson).
Event is outdoors and will be held rain or shine.
Vendor Set Up & Requirements
All vendors will be set up outside and are required to bring a 10×10 pop up tent.
Vendors must supply their own table, tent, chairs, and all setup materials.
All booths should be visually appealing and market-ready.
Vendors are responsible for their own transactions and payment systems.
Setup and breakdown times must be strictly followed.
Electricity is not provided, however, if a vendor requires a power source, please let us know on your application.
Food vendors must be pre-packaged only. Food vendors must comply with local health regulations and permits.

Application Fee: $5 (non-refundable, due with application for all vendors)
City of New Brunswick Vendor Application Fee (Non-Food): $15 (required for all accepted vendors)
City of New Brunswick Vendor Application Fee (Pre-Packaged Food): $50 (required for all accepted pre-packaged food vendors)
Vendor Event Fees:
Non-Food Vendors: $135 (for all accepted vendors)
Food Vendors: $120 (for all accepted vendors)

This is a juried and curated event. Vendor applications are reviewed based on product quality, creativity, originality, and fit with the event’s theme. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If selected, you will receive an acceptance email with next steps and payment instructions.
