Join us Friday, April 17, 2026, from 6–11 PM, in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ for a night of dancing, shopping, local bites, photo moments, and community connection.
Hosted by Asbury Park Bazaar, Asbury Park Boardwalk, and Asbury Park Night Market, this 21+ event blends disco energy with one-of-a-kind vendors and unforgettable vibes.

We are now seeking retail and experiential vendors, food vendors, photo wall sponsors and event sponsors: please review the details below before submitting your application.
Vendor Fees & Space Options
Retail & Experiential Vendors
We are seeking standout artists, designers, collectors, and experiential vendors offering unique products or interactive experiences. Vendor Fee: $175. Spaces are 10 ft by 5 ft in a shared 10 ft by 10 ft pop up tent with electric.
Includes:
Two (2) event tickets.
Access to electricity (one standard 120v outlet).
Vendor Requirements:
Vendors must bring all setup materials, including tables, chairs, displays, banners, lighting, etc.
Access to electricity is provided, but vendors must bring: LED or battery-powered lighting (no incandescent bulbs) and extension cord and power strip (multiple outlets)
Food Vendors
We are seeking pop-up food vendors or local restaurants to create small bites during the event that are exciting, creative, Instagram worthy, and unforgettably tasty! Vendor Fee: Starting at $200.
Includes:
Two (2) event tickets
Two (2) 120v electrical plugs
Additional electricity available for an added fee
Space & Setup:
10 ft x 10 ft vendor space
Food vendors are responsible for all setup needs, including: Tables and equipment, Fireproof tent certificate, LED or battery-powered lighting. If you do not have a fireproof tent and are confirmed as a vendor, accommodations may be made upon request.
Permits & Licensing:
Food vendors must apply for and pay for a permit with the local health department unless they already hold a Monmouth County License
Photo Wall or Event Sponsors
We are seeking photo wall partners and event sponsors to help elevate the experience at our third annual Spring Disco + Night Market! With last year’s event selling out (1,000 + tickets sold), this is a prime opportunity to showcase your brand to a highly engaged audience.

Please complete the application form below. All vendors and sponsors are subject to approval. Space is limited, and priority will be given to unique, high-quality offerings that align with the event’s vibe. The application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance.
