Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor or sponsoring our 3rd annual Asbury Park Spring Disco + Night Market hosted by Asbury Park Bazaar, Asbury Park Night Market and Asbury Park Boardwalk.
This 21+ event celebrates food, music, and community at Asbury Park’s most feel-good night of the season. Expect disco-fueled dance floors, delicious local eats, a curated night market, and unforgettable photo ops - all in one epic night. Tickets will be announced soon.
When: Friday, April 17, 2026, from 6–11 PM
Where: Grand Arcade of Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ
Estimated attendance is 600-800 guests throughout the evening. Last year’s event sold out (1,000+ tickets sold!)
To apply as a retail, experiential vendor, food vendor, photo wall sponsor or event sponsor, please click add to cart, fill out the form, and then follow the steps to complete check out. The $10 application fee is non-refundable regardless of acceptance.
Please Review Our Refund Policy before applying:
If there is a cancellation by the vendor: If a Vendor needs to cancel, they must notify Asbury Park Bazaar by email to team@asburyparkbazaar.com. If cancellation notification is received more than 3 weeks before the vendor sell date, Vendor will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 3 weeks before the vendor sell date will not receive a refund. By cancelling, Vendor forfeits their spot at Asbury Park Bazaar.
If there is a cancellation by Asbury Park Bazaar: If a cancellation of The Bazaar is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of a third party, or other circumstances which may compromise the safety of vendors and participants, there will be a 65% refund to the Vendor.
