Vendor Payment - Asbury Park Spring Disco + Night Market 2026

We are excited to invite you as a vendor to the 3rd annual Asbury Park Night Market + Spring Disco on Friday, April 17, 2026, 6 - 11 pm, in the Grand Arcade of Convention Hall. Vendor load in is at 4:00 pm. Vendor load out is at 11 PM.

Retail & Experiential Vendors

  • Vendor Fee: $175. Includes:

    • Three (3) event tickets. 1 for yourself and 2 for staff if needed.

    • Access to electricity (one standard 120v outlet).

  • Tent Spaces include 10×5 ft of space in a 10x10 ft tent shared by two vendors setting up back to back, facing outward. We provide and set up the white pop up tent.

  • Table Spaces include 5×7 ft of spaces (BYO table we do not provide unless requested, email team@asburyparkbazaar.com).

Vendor Requirements:

  • Vendors must bring all setup materials, including tables, chairs, displays, banners, lighting, etc.

  • Access to electricity is provided, but vendors must bring: LED or battery-powered lighting (no incandescent bulbs) and extension cord and power strip (multiple outlets)

Food Vendors

  • Vendor Fee: $200. Includes:

    • Three (3) event tickets for yourself and 2 for staff if needed.

    • Two (2) 120v electrical plugs (additional electricity available for an added fee)

  • Additional Electricity cost:

    • $75 for each 20 amp connection, $150 for 2.

    • 208v or 220v $125 each.

Space & Setup:

  • 10 ft x 10 ft vendor space

  • Food vendors are responsible for all setup needs, including: Tables and equipment, Fireproof tent certificate, LED or battery-powered lighting. If you do not have a fireproof tent and are confirmed as a vendor, accommodations may be made upon request.
